1.	What are your rates and packages?
Our hourly rate is $168 and we understand that everyone have different vision, therefore, we tailor made all our photography plan for every clients. Please contact us for your specific need or refer to the investment section for more info.


2.	Do you have back up equipment?
Yes, we have back up equipments to protect your precious moment.


3.	What if my wedding day same as others who wants to book your package too?
We arrange our assignment in a first come first serve basis. Please contact us to check for available date.


4.	Do you have any sample to show us?
Please refer to our wedding section or blog for still image sample and click here for montage sample.  


5.	Do you think we can set up a time to meet you in person to discuss some details as well as view your portfolio? What would be your available time for meeting?
Sure! Let’s meet up for discussion so that we can know more about your photography need as well as viewing our portfolio on one of the weekend (if we do not have any shooting assignment) or anytime after your working hour at your convenient time.


6.	Do you cover table shoots (for the wedding dinner) in addition to photojournalistic shoots?
Yup, we cover both depends on couple’s requirement . If we are doing solo shooting for banquet, we will distribute our shooting style for different time. Before table shooting we shall mainly focus on photojournalistic style and once the bride and groom are ready for table to table shoot then we shall follow them along.

However, if your wedding dinner is considerably large size(>500 peoples), we recommend additional photographer and we can arrange for it too.

For documentary shoots ,  we practice the essence of photojournalism and limit digital manipulation in our images taken, except for black & white conversion, color correction and contrast adjusting. (e.g. those pictures above)

However, in rare event that, for example, the make up artist did not do the job well or a huge pimple happen to be at an obvious spot , we will photoshop it away as we want you to look great on your wedding and have an absolutely enjoyable day!

For artistic shoots or portrait shoots (which mean photographer have the control over subjects), we will photoshop for the sole purpose of achieving an aesthetic image.


8.	Do you provide express highlights as well?
Yup, express pictures highlights for wedding banquet is available, please take note that at least 2 hours of lead time will be needed. However, we do provide express highlight too under very short lead time. Please contact us for your need.


9.	Do you provide pre-wedding shoot?
Pre-wedding shooting is not offered for the moment.


10.	How do we book your services?
In order to book our service or package, please contact us either using the contact form or email us directly at JenWong@JenWongPhotography.com stating your wedding date so that we can check our availability immediately.

If we are available on that specific date, we will tentatively reserve the date for you and send out our photography services order form cum agreement to you. You will need to fill out those related info, read the agreement, sign it and send it back to us either by post or email. After we receive your order form, we'll also sign it and return an electronic copy to you by email.

In order to validate the service order form cum agreement signed by both parties, you will need to make a deposit (half the price of the service / package taken, as stated in the service order form) to us via bank transfer or cheque.  After we receive the deposit agree upon, we will send out a confirmation email to you and lock the date only for you. Voila! Enjoy your wedding preparation!

Please rest assured that the photography service agreement are protecting the interests of both parties without favoring either side and we do have a fair cancellation policy in place, therefore, you do not need to worry about your deposit being forfeited for unforeseeable reasons.
